What a great service, call them because the boiler wouldn’t come on. Arrived at the time slot given and got to work. Within minutes diagnosed the problem, explained what had happened to the boiler.
He said he may have the part on the van but needs to check. Unfortunately he didn’t. Told me he will be about an hour and a half. Came back within an hour with the part needed. Callouts after 11pm
The cost is £150 + VAT for the 1st hour - after that, the rate goes down to £80 + VAT, plus the cost of any required parts.
This depends on what the fault is.
We carry many spare parts with us, some we should be able to fix any issues promptly but on some occasions, we may need to order parts which will slightly delay to repair.
All boiler repair work comes with 12 months parts and labour guarantee.
